Refund & Cancellation Policy
Charging Session Refunds
- If charging fails to start: Full refund within 24-48 hours
- If session interrupted by charger malfunction: Prorated refund
- User-initiated cancellation before charging starts: Full refund minus processing fee (₹5)
Wallet Refunds
- Wallet balance is non-refundable
- Exception: Account closure (processed within 7-10 business days)
Processing Time
- UPI/Cards: 3-5 business days
- Wallet: Instant credit
