Refund & Cancellation Policy

Charging Session Refunds

  • If charging fails to start: Full refund within 24-48 hours
  • If session interrupted by charger malfunction: Prorated refund
  • User-initiated cancellation before charging starts: Full refund minus processing fee (₹5)

Wallet Refunds

  • Wallet balance is non-refundable
  • Exception: Account closure (processed within 7-10 business days)

Processing Time

  • UPI/Cards: 3-5 business days
  • Wallet: Instant credit
